How to Track Your Order — ZSLoja

Tracking your order with ZSLoja is simple and hassle-free. Follow these steps to stay updated on your shipment:

Step 1: Check Your Email

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

• Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

Step 2: Visit the Carrier’s Tracking Page

• Click the tracking link provided in your email, or copy your tracking number and paste it on the carrier’s website.

• The tracking page will show real-time updates on your order’s location and estimated delivery date.

Step 3: Track via Your Account

• If you have a ZSLoja account, log in and go to “My Orders”.

• Click on your order to view the current status and tracking details.

Step 4: Delivery Updates

• You will receive notifications when your package is out for delivery and once it has been delivered.

• If there are any delays, your tracking page will reflect the updated status.
